Do you offer additional services from what is listed on your website?
Yes. We are happy to give you a quote for additional bookkeeping services outside of our listed packages.
Do you charge hourly rates?
All of our services listed are either fixed monthly or one time service fees. We feel it is important for your business to know what your expenses are ahead of time.
What type of communication is used with your clients?
Majority of communication is done through email. However, one 30 minute monthly phone call is included with any of our packages.
How are my Airbnb payments entered?
We analyze the daily payouts from Airbnb and enter the reservation payments in your system. From there we batch the payments together to match your bank transactions.
How soon can you close my month end?
Based on your needs and when you have to have it done.
How often do you clear my undeposited funds?
We prefer to do it weekly. That means you can manage money weekly opposed to monthly.
Can you review my system and make suggestions on a better setup?
Yes, this is a free service we offer to all of our clients. (Accounting not included)
Are you a Streamline and LiveRez preferred vendor?
Yes we are and our team has combined years using both softwares.
Do you offer CPA services?
No. Not at this time.
How quickly can I expect a response from VRSA Services?
You can always expect a response within 24hrs, if not sooner. (Excluding holidays and weekends)
