VRSA Services started out of a need for a niche bookkeeping and consulting service for the short-term rental industry specializing in Streamline Vacation Rental Software. The team is made up of current and past property managers/accountants. The owner still operates a small property management company and utilizes Streamline daily. Our team has 10+ years combined experience in Streamline and 40+ years in accounting. We have a team dedicated to Trust accounting in Streamline, lead by a former Streamline user who was an accountant for a 1500+ unit property management company. The other half of the team is lead by a QuickBooks Pro Advisor, ready to handle all your Operational accounting needs. We are more than just bookkeeping company, we help to guide your team. Our team strives to always be transparent and provide the highest quality service.
